Exhibition

The Omaha Mavericks hockey team released its 2024-25 schedule on Thursday, which includes an exhibition game at Kentucky. The Mavericks will face the Wildcats on October 12 at Rupp Arena in Lexington, Kentucky.

Regular Season

The Mavericks will open their regular season on October 18 at home against St. Thomas. They will then play a home-and-home series with Minnesota State on October 25 and 26 before traveling to take on Denver on November 1 and 2.

The Mavericks will play their first NCHC game on November 8 at home against Western Michigan. They will then travel to take on North Dakota on November 15 and 16 before returning home to host Miami (Ohio) on November 22 and 23.

The Mavericks will close out the first half of their season with a home-and-home series against Colorado College on December 6 and 7 before traveling to take on St. Cloud State on December 13 and 14.

The Mavericks will open the second half of their season on January 3 at home against Denver. They will then travel to take on Western Michigan on January 10 and 11 before returning home to host North Dakota on January 17 and 18.

The Mavericks will play their final NCHC game of the regular season on February 22 at home against St. Cloud State. They will then travel to take on Miami (Ohio) on February 28 and March 1 before closing out the regular season at home against Colorado College on March 7 and 8.

Postseason

The NCHC Tournament will begin on March 14 with the quarterfinals. The semifinals will be played on March 21 and the championship game will be played on March 22.

The NCAA Tournament will begin on March 27 with the first round. The regionals will be played on April 3 and 4 and the Frozen Four will be played on April 10 and 11.
