Apple unveils M4-powered Mac mini in bold new design

Apple has refreshed its compact desktop computer with an all-new design and the latest M4 chip.

Launched alongside the new MacBook Air and MacBook Pro models, the new Mac mini is the first to feature Apple's M4 chip, which promises significant performance improvements over the previous generation.

The new Mac mini features a sleek and compact design that is smaller than its predecessor. It measures just 7.7 inches square and 3.6 inches tall, making it easy to fit on any desk or workspace.

Despite its small size, the Mac mini packs a lot of power. The M4 chip features an 8-core CPU and 10-core GPU, which provide up to 15% faster CPU performance and up to 35% faster GPU performance than the previous generation.

The Mac mini also comes with a variety of ports, including two Thunderbolt 4 ports, two USB-A ports, and an HDMI port. It also has a Gigabit Ethernet port and a 3.5mm headphone jack.

The new Mac mini is available in two configurations. The base model comes with an 8-core CPU, 10-core GPU, 8GB of RAM, and 256GB of SSD storage. The higher-end model comes with an 8-core CPU, 10-core GPU, 16GB of RAM, and 512GB of SSD storage.

The new Mac mini is available to order now from Apple's website. The base model starts at $599, and the higher-end model starts at $799.
