Ighalo then doubled Al Hilal's lead in the 25th minute with a powerful header from a corner kick.

Al Hilal continued to dominate the game in the second half and added two more goals to their tally. Matheus Pereira made it 3-0 in the 55th minute with a stunning long-range strike, and Luciano Vietto completed the scoring in the 70th minute with a close-range finish.
